Manager: How come the papers have so many unsolved questions? Are you working hard on it?! Senior : .................... (working till 4am everyday, still have a lot of revision to do since have skipped all the recent class and the exam is on next month!!!... need to couch those know nothing spoiled juniors)
Senior: Why ask me every time? Can use your brain to think before asking? Junior: ............. (although asked the client and being played as a fool but still dono what is going on.... sitting there for whole morning for that stupid thing but really have no idea wth is that.. back at 12am but actually doing nothing at the office)
Mum: Why kind of job you are working? Middle of the night only back!!!!!!!! Son/ daughter: Arggghhhhh!!!! Please la, stop treating me like a 12 year-old child!!!! (after weeks not dinner together.... and keep waiting after the dinner and start worrying since after 10pm)
See! Everything just not somebody's fault, just how you communicate your attitude. Different position, different view, different concern. Attitude is the key, how you communicate is the point. If the manager just ask in a more patience way; if the senior can just ask the junior to ask somebody else in a polite way; the mother ask the child in a more concern way; the son/daughter just leave his/her bad day in the office...... everything should be just fine and nobody gets hurt......
